How It Works

GIRL MATH CLUB is designed to be more than just tutoring — it’s a full reset for girls aged 13 to 19. Over five carefully structured days, we blend personalized math instruction, creative notemaking, emotional support, and a calm, consistent rhythm. Below, you’ll find a sample daily schedule, the week’s CBT workshop topics, and a look at the tools we use to help girls feel confident, capable, and in control of their learning.

A day with us includes ...

How We Teach Math Differently

Personalized Study Plan

We create an individual plan for each girl based on her final exam results and/or a screening call. No one-size-fits-all worksheets — just focused support where it matters most.

The Math Recipe Book

Every student builds her own beautifully organized “math recipe book” — a creative notebook full of step-by-step guides for solving problems. It becomes a lasting, personal reference she can keep forever.

1:1 Tutor Support

Each girl has access to dedicated tutors who explain everything clearly, kindly, and in a way that actually makes sense. No stress,

no judgment — just real understanding.

Fluency Sprints

We run short, focused drills to automate the basics — like multiplication, division, fractions, and equations. These low-pressure sprints build speed, confidence, and math “muscle memory.”

CBT
workshop schedule

Math anxiety isn’t just about not knowing the answers — it’s about fear, self-doubt, and pressure. That’s why each day includes a short, focused CBT workshop led by a therapist who specializes in teen anxiety. These sessions give girls practical tools to calm their minds, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build lasting confidence — both in math and in themselves.
