  • Communicate with parents/guardians about enrollment

  • Match students with appropriate study plans and tutors

  • Ensure the safety, accessibility, and success of each participant

  • (With consent) notify families of future offerings or follow-up support

We store all data securely using encrypted services (e.g., Wix forms, Google Workspace). Access is strictly limited to authorized GIRL MATH CLUB organizers.

We retain your data for up to 12 months after the program ends, to allow for follow-up communication and planning future sessions. After this period, all personal data will be securely deleted unless you have given explicit permission to keep it longer.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental or guardian consent. For all participants under 18, we require the contact details of a parent or legal guardian.
